The Conversation

I have to watch the film "The Conversation" and prepare a lecture for an interview for a teaching assistant position for the Fall. As I was watching it, I was so captivated by this still. It's just beautiful.

Professional Experience

I've been filming in DC and here are some simple images captured during the trip. The MLKjr monument photo pictures Mindy, my classmate and partner on this particular film project, and her girlfriend Leah, who is currently serving in the FoodCorps in the High Point/Kernersville area in NC.

Playing with light

I'm in D.C. shooting a promotional/music video with Mindy for FoodCorps and we had some down time so I finally got to play with my new camera. I had yet to take a single photograph on it. It's been all film so far. Their kind of mundane subjects but I do love the look this lens & camera gives!

Flex is Kings

My professor made me aware of this really awesome documentary that is currently in production. It is all filmed in Brooklyn, NY and is inspiring and beautifully shot. If you're curious, click below and watch the trailer!

Life

Spring has sprung & the world has come to life! I now have an iPhone so I can take pictures any old time :) These are from my daily walks with Milo. 

There is an area here called Robin Hood Road and the streets are named after characters from the story. I particularly loved that my phone named the location of these pictures as being in "Sherwood Forest".
